It's called Xtranormal.  With a very short and simple learning curve, anyone can create and post animated videos to the web.  What a great vehicle for education and advocacy.  I spent a good part of the day today creating this video on the history of banking fraud in the current economic crisis.  It's a bit long at just over 14 minutes, but if you're bored, just quit when you've had enough.
